How will I receive my order?
By email, to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check it before you pay, and look in your spam folder if nothing arrives.
What does the licence include?
Each product page lists the edition, the number of users and the licence term. If anything is unclear, contact us before you order and we’ll explain.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You’ll see the options available for your country at checkout, including major cards and supported digital wallets.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of your order if your licence was not delivered, is invalid, or won’t activate and we can’t fix it. After 14 days, faulty keys are replaced free of charge. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
I need help activating. What should I do?
