About these terms

These terms apply when you use getkeys.shop or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refunds & Returns, Delivery, Billing and Privacy policies.

Products

We sell digital software licences. Each product page states the edition, number of users, licence term and system requirements. Please check these before buying. Product images are for illustration only.

Using the software

Software is supplied under the publisher’s own licence agreement, which you accept when you install or activate it. You may use the licence only as allowed by that agreement. Activation and online services are provided by the publisher.

Ordering and payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we deliver your licence. Prices, payment and order checks are explained in our Billing Terms.

Delivery

Licences are delivered by email as described in our Delivery Policy. Please keep your licence details safe. We are not responsible for keys that are lost or shared after delivery.

Refunds and exchanges

Refunds are available within 14 days of your order; after that, faulty keys are replaced free of charge. Refunds and exchanges follow our Refunds & Returns Policy and Exchange Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website for fraud, try to access it without permission, interfere with its security, or resell licences bought from us where the publisher’s terms do not allow it.

Intellectual property

Website content created by getkeys belongs to getkeys. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
