Prices and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total, including any taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees if your card is in another currency.

Payment methods

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. getkeys never sees or stores your full card number.

One-time payments

Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, each purchase is a single payment. We do not charge you again automatically. If a product is a subscription with a fixed term, the term and any renewal conditions are stated on the product page before you buy.

Order confirmation

After payment you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Your order is accepted when we deliver the licence. We may cancel and fully refund an order if there is an obvious pricing error or the product is no longer available.

Security checks

To protect customers from fraud, some orders are reviewed before delivery. We may ask you to confirm details by email. If an order cannot be verified, we cancel it and refund the full amount.

If you see a charge you don’t recognise or think there is a billing mistake, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly. Refunds follow our Refunds & Returns Policy.
